Automotive Parts Advisor -What Youll Do:
* Provide exceptional service to clients, including order processing, quotations, and sourcing parts locally and internationally
* Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and handle returns
* Work with internal systems and Excel to manage sales orders, invoices, and KPIs
* Assist in picking, receiving, transferring, and putting away parts in the warehouse
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a professional appearance and reliability
Automotive Parts Advisor -What Youll Need:
1. Automotive parts experience is essential coupled with a full UK drivers licence
2. 34 years experience in warehouse, wholesale, or customer service
3. Mechanical/technical aptitude with knowledge of automotive or industrial parts
4. Strong computer skills,
5. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) (desirable)
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced env...
