Job Title: Solutions Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Solutions Analyst to join a dynamic Payments Technology team in Glasgow. In this role, you will play a key part in driving successful technical program delivery by bridging the gap between business stakeholders, product owners, operations, and software development teams.
You will leverage strong data analytics, technical expertise, and solution design capabilities to translate complex business requirements into scalable and technically feasible solutions, while enabling data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements.
* Translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions aligned with system architecture.
* Provide strategic insights by analyzing large and diverse datasets to support business initiatives.
* Design and model technical solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and infrastructure.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
* Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Mentor team members and promote strong analytical reasoning and technical documentation practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in Solutions Analysis, Technical Program Delivery, or a related role.
* Strong experience in data analysis, data applications, and data visualization tools.
* Advanced understanding of data analytics techniques, models, and technical documentation.
* Proven ability to work with modern platforms, tools, and technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
* Experience managing complex projects, dependencies, and ambiguous requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working within Payments or Financial Services.- Strong experience analyzing requirements and collaborating closely with software development teams.
