Senior Financial Analyst: /Supply Chain Logistics – Europe & Asia
This role is based at our Capper Street (London) Office. It follows a hybrid working model, with required in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing financial insights that support key decision-making across the company. You will analyze data, create forecasts, and deliver reports that help guide pivotal initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis, while also contributing to special projects and continuous process improvements.

A day in the life as a Senior Financial Analyst:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions.
1. Prepare and present reports on financial performance, trends, and projections.
2. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor expenses and manage financial targets.
4. Provide insights into financial risks and opportunities and recommend actionable steps.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
5. 2 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role (within CPG or retail environment is a plus).
6. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, including the ability to visualize data.
8. Proficiency with ERP systems, and financial analysis software (including data visualization and charting tools, Power BI)
9. Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial partners.
10. Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
11. Strong analytical mentality with attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and learning agility.
12. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing business decisions.
