Position: Planning Engineer
We are currently seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic award‑winning team at Cooper Moss Rutland. You will play a key role in supporting the planning environment across complex infrastructure programmes, ensuring processes, systems and outputs are consistent, reliable and aligned to delivery requirements.
Location: 2 Days Office / 3 days hybrid. Type: Full‑time. Start date: Immediate. Salary: Competitive.
The Role
* Support the planning environment across systems and processes
* Maintain planning standards and governance
* Ensure data integrity and consistency across programmes
* Provide technical support to planning teams
* Drive continuous improvement across planning capability
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate planning activities including updates and baselines
* Maintain planning standards, procedures and documentation
* Monitor performance of the planning system (Primavera P6)
* Manage user access, controls and configuration
* Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with planning processes

Experience & Skills
* Primavera P6 experience
* Understanding of planning processes and standards
* Data management capability
