Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities
* Perform general repairs and ongoing servicing of machinery on-site
* Diagnose and resolve faults as needed
* Create and delegate PPM schedules
* Liaise with Contractors
* Keep manufacturing management regularly informed on progress
* Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance
* React promptly to any machine breakdowns, solving problems efficiently
* Monitor and maintain maintenance tools, stores, and equipment
Maintenance Supervisor Desired Skills And Experience
* Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
* Flexibility with working hours and shift work
* Relevant manufacturing/engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent)
