1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - WiganAn experienced Help Desk / First Line Support Engineer is sought for a client based in Wigan. Due to new business wins, the business is investing in their Support Team to expand their ranks to support their growing client base.As a Support Engineer you’ll have access to the opportunity to obtain professional certifications which will also see your base salary rise as well.As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will respond to email and phone support requests to maintain the effective operation of the clients IT systems to an agreed service level. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing reactive and proactive maintenance activities.
