We are looking to recruit a Facilities Duty Manager to join our award-winning team, who are passionate about the Facilities Management industry. You will need to have a positive can-do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure. A knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be an advantage but not essential About the Role We are seeking a Facilities Duty Manager for a 6-month secondment, working 35 hours per week Monday to Thursday 13.45-21.30 Friday 12.15-20.00 Occasional flexible working may be required to support open days and visit days at the weekends. As part of the Facilities Management (FM) team, the post holder will play a key role in delivering a professional, customer-focused, compliant, and cost-effective FM service to support the university's core objectives. You will organise, coach and support every member of your team to: Provide a highly professional soft facilities service (including cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance, reception/concierge functions and Health, Safety and Compliance activities) and Develop a pride in place culture to ensure we continue to deliver excellent, customer focussed services which support key University agendas.
