Job Description – Logistics Manager
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Date: January 2026
The Company
Quatropi Ltd is an established and growing online retailer of modern home and garden furniture, based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Founded in 2004, the company has built a strong reputation for innovative products and exceptional customer service, supplying customers across the UK via e-commerce channels.
With a team of approximately 25 employees, Quatropi remains intentionally agile while holding ambitious growth plans. Over 21 years of continuous product development, financial stability, and a customer-first mindset have resulted in consistent growth and high staff retention. The business is now focused on strengthening operational standards to support its next phase of growth.
The Role
The Logistics Manager is a newly created role designed to bring greater structure, efficiency, and leadership to Quatropi’s warehouse and delivery operations, with health and safety compliance in mind.
Despite being a medium-sized business, Quatropi operates a complex logistics environment, including multiple warehouse buildings, thousands of SKUs, and a range of customer delivery methods. This role will take full ownership of warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring that people, processes, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all relevant legislation.
You will be responsible for the direct management of all warehouse and delivery personnel, embedding a strong health and safety culture across the teams. While there will be times when a hands-on approach is required—as is often the case in smaller businesses—the primary focus of the role is leadership, planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.
As a member of the management team, you will take responsibility for departmental budgets and resources, contribute to strategic planning, and play a key role in driving operational change. A key initial focus will be reviewing existing practices and implementing robust processes, routines, and safety standards that protect employees, reduce risk, and support long-term scalability.

* Develop, implement, and improve operational and safety processes and routines
* Manage departmental budgets, staffing levels, and resources
* Use data, reporting, and KPIs to drive performance improvements and reduce operational risk
* Communicate clearly and consistently with individuals, teams, and senior management
Skills & Experience
* Proven people management experience, ideally within a structured, regulated, or safety-critical environment
* Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics health & safety requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to challenge behaviours
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Warehouse and/or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports and performance updates
* Forward-thinking approach with strong planning and project management skills
* A proactive, visible leadership style with a strong commitment to employee wellbeing
