Financial Reporting Manager
SF Partners are working with a growing and highly regarded organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional looking to take ownership of external reporting, statutory accounts, and financial controls within a dynamic business environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting wider business performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and review of statutory accounts
* Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes
* Ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and regulatory requirements
* Liaising with external auditors and key stakeholders
* Improving financial controls and reporting processes
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
* Managing and developing junior finance team members
* Providing technical accounting guidance across the business
Candidate Profile
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Experienced within financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements
* Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing stakeholders across finance and the wider business
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems preferred
