Leeds / Hybrid – 3 days per week from our office (LS15 8ZB)

Start your career in operations and logistics with a global brand.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to join our fast-paced Order Management team supporting our EMEA growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s keen to build experience in supply chain operations, logistics and customer service—with support to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing:

As an Order Management Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring sales orders are processed smoothly, products are delivered on time, and our customers—both internal and external—receive best-in-class service. You’ll liaise with freight and logistics providers, retailers, and internal teams to track and fulfil orders across the EMEA region.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across:

Processing and tracking sales and purchase orders

Validating pricing, availability and delivery timelines

Managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and freight partners

Coordinating customer shipments and monitoring supply chain activity

Resolving discrepancies and improving processes

Producing reports and supporting wider operational projects

What you’ll bring:

Some previous work experience—whether in a placement year, internship, or entry-level role—is ideal, especially if you’ve touched on logistics, operations or customer service. But more important is your mindset: curiosity, accuracy, energy, and a desire to get stuck in.

Strong Excel and general IT skills, ERP experience is a bonus

Great attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Excellent organisation and multitasking ability

A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Proactive communicator, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders

Willingness to learn and grow with us
