The overall aim is to recruit, assess, support, monitor, and retain foster carers, ensure that children in foster care are safe and well‑cared for, and that the service meets its legal and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities Complete thorough Form F assessments for prospective foster carers Provide regular supervision and support to approved foster carers Monitor placements, offer guidance, and respond to challenges carers face.
