Your new role You'll provide a robust administrative support function to the HR team in the recruitment of new staff, support the running of assessment centres, support the running of careers events, monitoring of sickness and absence, dealing with queries from candidates and extending offers to successful candidates. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a similar role would be beneficial. Experience in HR is advantageous but not necessary.
