A friendly and well-run primary school in Birmingham is seeking a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
The role:
* Supporting class teachers across the primary setting
* Delivering one-to-one and small group support
* Helping pupils access learning and stay engaged
* Supporting classroom routines and positive behaviour
Essential requirements:
* NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (mandatory)
* Experience working in a UK primary school
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
