Chef - Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £31,229.43 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Dunkeld (Live in opportunity available) About the Role Blue Arrow is looking for a Chef to join our clients catering team and help deliver nutritious, tasty meals for guests at our residential adventure camps. You'll work in a supportive environment, reporting to the Head Chef, and focus on preparing and cooking meals without the pressure of menu planning or sourcing ingredients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritious meals for guests. Manage stock ordering and organisation. Monitor cost control. Coach and support junior team members. Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and allergen requirements. This role offers a great work-life balance with minimal late nights, most Fridays or Saturdays off (especially outside peak season), and limited work over Christmas. What We're Looking For Experience working in a busy kitchen, ideally in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and handling dietary requirements. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure. Ideally, a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering.
