This role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs-including autism spectrum condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language delays, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs-both in the classroom and during small-group or one-to-one interventions. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and thrive both academically and emotionally.
