(T&Cs apply) About the role Heart of Supply is welcoming passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our growing team, supporting fantastic schools in Louth and the surrounding areas. We offer flexible roles across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, from day-to-day cover to short and longer-term placements, giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits you. As a supply teacher, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver engaging lessons, follow prepared plans and provide a calm, structured learning environment in the absence of the usual class teacher. Your ability to build quick rapport, manage behaviour positively, and adapt with confidence will be key. Whether you're delivering early phonics in Reception or supporting Year 6 through SATs prep, your energy, professionalism and consistency will make all the difference to the pupils you support.
