Role Overview

This role is critical to the growth of our J&J MedTech Wound Closure (Sutures & Skin Adhesives) portfolio within key surgical centres in London. Accounts covered include Barts Health Trust, Barking Haven, Renbrook, Homerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the business through account planning, sales execution and collaboration with the wider Johnson & Johnson MedTech family.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop accounts, ensuring alignment of all efforts to drive growth.
* Drive internal collaboration to maximise opportunities across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family while building advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio.
* Execute a comprehensive business plan to meet the annual sales business plan and focus on highest value opportunities.
* Build an in‑depth understanding of market dynamics within key accounts and adapt strategy to maximise sales opportunities within Wound Closure.
* Manage stakeholder relationships to secure resources and support for executing strategies in the Biosurgery (Adjunctive Hemostat) market.

* Regional Sales Manager for Wound Closure, Biosurgery
* Wound Closure & Biosurgery sales team
* Commercial Business Managers & Strategic Partnership Manager


Qualifications and Experience

* Proven track record of sales success within Wound Closure or the wider surgical environment.
* Extensive knowledge of the NHS and Private sector markets across multi‑discipline surgical areas.
* Ability to work with various stakeholders internally and externally to drive plans and strategies forward.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to analyse requirements and develop strategies.
* Business partnering skills and experience in selling solutions, market research, and adoption of new technologies.
