Location: My client is looking for an experienced Service/Aftermarket Manager to manage and develop a branch based in Central Scotland near Edinburgh.
Salary: Salary is negotiable for the right individual but will include a strong basic salary and senior incentives that include a contributory pension scheme, BUPA plan, illness cover and life assurance, 31 days holiday, company car, annual loyalty bonus, laptop and mobile plus other additional benefits.

The ideal candidate for this position would probably hold or previously held a similar post in the industry and will therefore be experienced in all aspects of service and aftermarket issues including product support, parts, warranty and more. Commercially aware, the right person would also possess strong sales and/or customer-focused ability and passion.
You must have the following:
It is preferred that the right person for this position will come from a similar capital equipment product background, this may be construction equipment, agricultural equipment, plant/tool hire, material handling/forklifts, powered access, generators and so on. You will also have had success managing and developing a team. It is essential that you are well presented, ambitious, and self-motivated.
