Role Overview
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you\'ll carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across a busy manufacturing site. You\'ll work closely with production teams to keep machinery running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical reactive maintenance and fault‑finding
* Drive board examination, fuse changes, parameter loading
* PLC fault‑finding, part replacement, and program loading
* Maintenance of AC, DC and Servo motors
* Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
Requirements
* Experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent electrical qualification
* Experience with extrusion machinery is desirable
* Strong electrical fault‑finding skills across PLCs, motors, and control systems
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach
