What You Will Do for Us:
Lead the Design & Packaging Team
1. Lead a high-performing team of Design & Packaging professionals across Europe, driving overall excellence in artwork,renders, and packaging innovation, and design. Ensure alignment across KO and bottler teams and provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to enable the team to deliver outstanding results.
2. Develop and implementa clear visionfor Design & Packaging within the OU, including standardization of processes, best practices, and integration with global platforms and tools.
3. Act as the European custodian of design, ensuring wedeliver the best onpackandE2E designs across the organisation
4. Manage budgets and resource allocation for pre-media and support agencies, ensuring metrics are defined and delivered tooptimizeaccount management and operational efficiency.
5. Drive consistency and quality in all packaging artwork changes, adaptation, and harmonization, ensuring on-time delivery for all markets.
6. Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Innovation & Integration Director and Marketing teams to deliver seamless integration between packaging, design, and other marketing functions.
7. Implement color management and quality assurance procedures with bottling partners and suppliers to enhance packaging excellence.
8. Develop andmaintainexternal networks and agency relationships to ensure the OU’s packaging approach is innovative, competitive, andmarket-leading.
9. Own and manage the WebCenter tool relationship for packaging, including implementation, administration, and process optimization.
10. Act as a change agent, driving new ways of working within the OU and influencing broader organizational adoption of innovative design and packaging practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
11. Minimumbachelor’s degreerequired.
12. Significant marketing, design, and packaging experience (15+ years), including proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
13. Deep knowledge of Packaging / Graphics processes, from development ofartwork & rendersto physical and digital production.
14. Deep Designexpertisedelivering bothcreativity& innovation through consumer insights andindustryknowledge
15. Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
16. Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, including bottler leadership teams, within a matrixed organization.
17. Proven ability to develop and implement metrics that drive operational insight and promote positive System efficiency.
18. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
19. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities,ambiguityand meet tight deadlines.
