Thrive Group Skelmersdale Branch are looking for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Begwary near to Wyboston, St Neots, Bedfordshire on a permanent basis. About the role: Reconciliation of month-end accounts Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions Running invoices for both hire and sales Processing customer account applications Credit control and management of aged debtors Uploading and maintaining invoices on customer portals (e.g. Tradex, Coupa) Damage reporting for hire equipment and raising invoices Ensuring proforma invoices are paid prior to dispatch Stock transfers, purchasing and valuation reporting Supporting stock take and reconciliation processes Monitoring and managing accounts inboxes Assisting customer service teams by raising sales orders and purchase orders Booking and coordinating transport where required Requirements for the role: Previous experience in an accounts or accounts administration role Confident using accounting software (Xero experience desirable) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office-based systems Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small team within a fast pace reactive environment You must have your own transport due to the client's remote location Hours of work: Monday to Friday rotating or either or - (Apply online only)/(Apply online only) Full office based Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE INDSKEL
