What you will do: Provide leadership and professional guidance to social workers within the team. Promote and embed high-quality social work practice standards throughout the team. Undertake the role of Duty Senior where required, acting as a point of escalation for complex cases. Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager, ensuring the safety and protection of vulnerable clients. Provide supervision and oversight of complex cases, supporting team members with challenging scenarios. Support risk management and complex decision-making in line with relevant legislation. Ensure practice aligns with statutory frameworks and best practice quality standards, maintaining the highest levels of care. Essential Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Enhanced DBS suitable for working with vulnerable adults.
