Your SEN Teaching Assistant Role Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
Supporting the delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Helping pupils overcome social and emotional barriers to learning
Encouraging positive behaviour and participation in class
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and specialists
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for working with children with SEN
Previous experience or a strong interest in SEN support
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Relevant qualifications or a desire to develop your skills
