This role is for you if
* You have expertise in customer-centric large-scale transformation
* You have a strong background in financial services, particularly life and pensions or wealth management (leading programs of £1.5m+)
* You excel at understanding and addressing client needs
* You can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships
* You can manage priorities and successfully lead projects
* You demonstrate leadership in direct consulting and project management
What you’ll do
* Lead transformation by designing programs focused on putting the customer at the center of clients’ businesses
* Help reshape customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models
* Drive strategic impact in customer strategy, digital service design, CX, and marketing/sales modernization
* Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, designers, technologists, and specialists
* Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
* Stay ahead by championing new technologies, data analytics, and digital trends in customer engagement
