Salary: £24,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Experience working as a NOC Engineer or in a similar role Experience in network switching, FWA 5Ghz, VLANs, subnetting, and routing protocols Comfortable working in a fast-paced network environment Excellent working knowledge of systems, including Microsoft packages Strong attention to detail Experience working on RCAs and RFOs Working knowledge of SONAR and Zabbix preferred but not essential Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the Quickline infrastructure, radio, and 5G networks Rapidly react to issues, outages, and alarms Implement key management of Quickline problem and change policy Manage incidents and report on potential issues affecting the Quickline network Manage security on the Quickline network, including access to sites, street cabinets, and key secure locations Technologies: Network React Security Sonar Zabbix More: We’re Quickline, and we believe everyone deserves great internet.
