Your Role As a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Processing daily sales invoicing in line with warehouse confirmations and month-end deadlines Reviewing and processing credit note requests, distinguishing between ledger adjustments and stock movements Coordinating stock-related credit notes with the Supply Chain team Handling daily email communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Supporting the Finance Manager with ledger maintenance, credit control, and cash book postings Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and supporting ad-hoc finance tasks Your Profile You are a detail-oriented and reliable team player with a strong interest in finance and accounting.
