Are you a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and brand culture? Our client, a well-established and fast-growing UK business with a strong retail and digital presence, is looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role
As Internal Communications Executive, you will:
* Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy across all business functions.
* Assist in planning and executing campaigns for key initiatives, events, and updates.
* Manage and maintain content on the company intranet and digital signage.
* Create engaging communications such as newsletters, presentations, and town hall content.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure consistent messaging.
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal materials reflect the company’s tone and identity.
* Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of communications to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in internal communications, ideally within a multi-site or hybrid working environment.
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging content.
* Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and email platforms.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
* High attention to detail and a passion for brand culture.
* A proactive, organised, and empathetic approach to communication.
