People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Swindon Office overseeing the driving division.

Shifts:
* Monday to Friday: 08:00am – 5:00pm
Salary:
* £30,000 – £31,000 per annum + performance bonus and benefits

Day-to-day duties:
As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Carrying out business development activity, including calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities
* Managing and developing existing client relationships to increase market share
* Attending client meetings to discuss new and ongoing campaigns
* Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
* Writing engaging job advertisements
* Short-listing and interviewing candidates
* Ensuring compliance and completing administration tasks
* Conducting client service reviews
* Reporting figures and working towards exceeding targets and KPIs
Essential skills:
To be successful as a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
* Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for visiting client's sites and offices)
* Business development or client-facing experience (advantageous)
* Strong customer service skills
* The right to work in the UK (with proof required)
Desirable experience:
* Previous experience working in recruitment is preferred but not essential
Training:
* A full paid induction will be provided, along with on-the-job training starting on day one and continuing throughout your career
