Salary : £30, – £45, + OTE
Location : Canterbury office x 2 days a week, remote x 3 days a week

We hire from across the property cycle, specializing in recruiting for roles within Commercial, Land & Planning, Sales & Marketing and Technical.
As a recruiter with 24 months+ of experience already under your belt, you’ll be given the training, support and tools you need to continue your success. With clear targets and responsibilities set from the get-go in this role, you will be expected to be independently running your desk and looking to eventually grow your team.

general responsibilities:
1. Managing the complete recruitment cycle on both the candidate and client sides
2. Meeting billing targets set quarterly & every rolling 6 months
3. Undertaking business development and work-winning exercises
4. Managing the care of current clients and new ones
5. Negotiating fees and terms with new clients (within pre-agreed parameters)
6. Selling and marketing active candidates using a variety of methods (e.g. mailers, calls, LinkedIn, meetings, etc)
7. Helping train and upskill junior recruitment consultants and trainees
8. Managing and updating the company database in a timely and effective fashion
9. Assisting the senior management team on ad hoc activities (e.g. new work winning or sitting in on new hire interviews)
10. Pushing your own brand and the company’s brand on LinkedIn/additional platforms as instructed by the Marketing department
about you:
11. have a minimum of 24 months recruitment experience in any industry
12. have a track record of meeting billing targets
13. are self-motived and enjoy hitting targets

18. A basic salary of between £30, – £45, dependent on experience
