Precision Engineering
A leading precision engineering and manufacturing organisation is looking to recruit an experienced CMM Inspector to join their Coventry facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-quality, fast-paced environment supporting critical aerospace and precision engineering components.
Working Hours:
* Monday Thursday: 07:00 16:45
* Overtime available
CMM Inspector Responsibilities:
* Programme and operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to inspect precision components
* Carry out detailed dimensional inspections in line with engineering drawings and specifications
* Produce accurate inspection reports and ensure all documentation is maintained to required standards
* Identify non-conformances and support investigation and resolution activities
* Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure components meet customer and regulatory requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection process
CMM Inspector Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CMM Inspector within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Strong ability to both programme and operate CMM machines
* Ability to read and interpret engineering xxuwjjq drawings and GD&T
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
