1. Strategic & Operational Delivery
* Support the development and implementation of neighbourhood service plans and budgets.
* Ensure all team members understand their contribution to organisational goals through clear communication, engagement, and effective leadership.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and local communities to deliver joined-up neighbourhood services.
2. Tenancy & Estate Management
1. Ensure compliance with tenancy terms, proactively addressing breaches and improving resident satisfaction.
