This role is focused on high-quality work, not rushed jobs. We’re after someone who takes real pride in their finish and understands that reputation is built on detail. What You’ll Be Doing * Internal plastering (skimming, boarding, patchwork) * External rendering (silicone, sand & cement, monocouche) * Working on domestic and light commercial projects * Preparing surfaces properly before application * Delivering a clean, sharp, high-end finish every time ⚠️ Quality Matters We are not looking for someone who rushes jobs.
