Job Summary
We are working with a prestigious manufacturing company in Basingstoke who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their HR Team. This is a brand new role and will be an important addition to the business. Key Responsibilities
* Execute HR administration processes, including employee attendance, benefits management and operational activities related to employee lifecycle processes.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of employee data.
* Collect and analyse data to prepare reports on employee attendance, evaluations, terminations, and benefits utilisation.
* Assist with managing employee benefits, including healthcare and pensions, ensuring that employees are enrolled in the appropriate benefit programs.
* Deliver high‑quality HR operational services across the full employee life cycle, with a focus on consistency, accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including minimum wage, statutory holiday entitlement, etc.
* Identify areas for process efficiencies, suggest improvements and implement approved changes.
* Manage and allocate AskHR queries – act as the initial point of contact for all HR operations matters; provide high‑quality, consistent first‑line HR advice, coaching and guidance on policy, procedure and best practice at all levels.
* Support the HR team in handling less complex employee relations cases, including documentation, case tracking and follow‑up to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Maintain current knowledge of employment law and internal policies and procedures.
