Your role as Paid Media Executive
* Assist in campaign coordination, including briefing, forecasting, creative production, and trafficking for various campaigns such as Boozy Brunch promotions and World Cup bookings.
* Collaborate with the broader digital team (social, CRM, Web, SEO) to align paid media investment with business goals, identify new audience opportunities, drive website traffic, and increase footfall into pubs and restaurants.
* Analyze campaign results through weekly reports and post-campaign reviews, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, working closely with analytics and finance teams.
* Coordinate with agency partners to ensure best practices in planning, buying, and executing campaigns, serving as the main contact between brands and agencies.
* Manage media team reporting, maintain the reporting calendar for weekly updates, monthly reports, and quarterly reviews, supporting analysis to track progress against KPIs.
* Engage with trade to observe and understand the target audiences, staying current with trends and news in hospitality.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in paid media.
What you’ll bring…
* Experience in cross-channel digital media, with a passion for measurement and data analysis.
* Proficiency in digital metrics, strong analytical skills, and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Meta, or similar.
* Understanding of campaign planning at either brand or performance funnel levels.
* Attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to manipulate data for actionable insights.
* Strong presentation skills to support strategic discussions.
* Experience collaborating with creative teams to optimize content and assets for channel performance.
