Robert Half Finance & Accounting is supporting a business in North Somerset seeking an Interim Finance Assistant (Mainly Accounts Payable) for approximately 3 months. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and parking.
Role: Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable)
Working Pattern: Full-time, 35 hours/week, hybrid (1-2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the accounts payable ledger, including processing invoices
2. Matching PO numbers
3. Nominal coding
4. Managing the inbox
5. Assisting with the receivables ledger
6. Supplier statement reconciliations
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience managing an Accounts Payable ledger
* Willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly
* Reliability
* Studying or studied AAT (desirable)
* High attention to detail
* Experience managing an Accounts Receivables ledger (desirable)
