We have a fantastic opportunity working for a leading governing body within sports. An incredibly hands on role supporting the partnerships team - both in the office and on site at events. This is a 6 month FTC starting asap so all applicants must be immediately available.

The position will be incredibly varied and the successful candidate must have prior experience working in sports sponsorship or account management.
\n\n
This is a hybrid role based in London with some occasional travel required.

Duties will include but won't be limited to:

Partnership and Support Coordination
\n\n
\n\t

Managing day to day communications
\n\t
\n\t

Support execution of activation plans and campaigns
\n\t
\n\t
* \n\t
Compiling reports
\n\t
\n
\n\n
Event Support
\n\n
\n\t
* \n\t
Coordinating logistics for sponsors at events
\n\t
\n\t
* \n\t
Assist with on site servicing and hospitality
\n\t
\n\t
* \n\t
Liase with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
\n\t
\n
\n\n
Sales and Research support
\n\n
\n\t
* \n\t
Market research and competitor tracking
\n\t
\n\t
* \n\t
Help to prepare presentations and sales decks
\n\t
\n\t
* \n\t
Maintain internal database and records
\n\t
\n
\n\n
\n\n
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has excellent attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced environment. An interest in sports and prior experience working with sponsors would be beneficial. ASAP START.
