2. Execute full 360-degree recruitment cycle
3. Develop strategic relationships with financial services clients
4. Build targeted candidate networks in pensions & investment
5. Consistently achieve billing and placement targets
6. Develop and nurture new and existing business relationships
Requirements:
7. Proven track record in financial services recruitment
8. Deep understanding of the pensions & investment job market
9. Strong networking and business development skills
10. Experience with pension firms & private bank recruitment
11. Successful 360 billing background
12. Excellent communication skills
