Hours: 40 per week (24 hours direct care, 16 hours office-based) We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our growing team in Harrogate. This is a blended role combining hands-on support with operational leadership. You'll lead a team of dedicated Personal Assistants (PAs) in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for an individual with autism and a learning disability in their own home. About You * Experience supporting people with autism and/or learning disabilities. * A natural ability to lead, coach, and support a small team. * Calm, confident communication skills and emotional resilience. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings/weekends. * Confidence with digital systems and report writing. Essential Requirements * A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. * Availability for flexible working, including alternate weekends and on-call. * Prior experience in a care/support role, ideally with autism or learning disabilities. * A commitment to person-centred care and inclusive practice.
