A Team Leader with Sisterly Care Ltd is responsible for overseeing a team of caregivers and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of care services to clients within the community.
Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating staff, assessing client needs, helping to develop care plans and liaising with families and other healthcare professionals.
The role requires strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, as well as empathy and a commitment to proving high-quality care.
In addition to the above responsibilities, a Team Leader is required to be available for on-call one week out of four, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
Candidates must have a full valid UK drivers licence with access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to client locations.
