As the ED&I Lead at Renishaw, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider People Strategy team (Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility and Group Communications), to achieve our business vision. You’ll lead and guide the strategic development, implementation and monitoring of Renishaw’s ED&I programmes and help embed the strategy across our functions and sites. Requirements Extensive experience in a similar role within a global organisation, with deep insights and practical exposure to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion concepts, issues, and best practices. Highly adaptable and dynamic approach, capable of transitioning seamlessly from strategic thinking and project planning to hands-on implementation of initiatives across various business areas. Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and foster strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation. Proficient in reviewing data and leveraging insights to inform and shape effective interventions and strategic direction. Strong project management capabilities, including excellent organisational and time management skills, enabling the efficient handling of multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate and credible advocate for ED&I, with the ability to influence, communicate, and educate others effectively. In-depth awareness of cultural change and change management, with a track record of maturing and advancing the strategic approach to ED&I and organisational culture.
