Availability
Availability required: 24 hours across Wednesday to Friday on a rota basis, and every Saturday and Sunday.
Opening hours:
* Monday – Friday: 7am to 8pm
* Saturday: 7am to 6pm
* Sunday: 9am to 4pm
Key responsibilities
* Host – lead in store, set an example of great service, understand customer needs, guide to the right products, and make it easy for them
* Store standards – oversee cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance and stock management
* Part of the team – work with a pride-filled team, collaborate, and contribute to a positive store environment
Required Skills & Experience
* An experienced supervisor or duty manager who has managed a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to translate that into sales
* Inquisitive, curious, and always looking to improve
* Passionate about our business
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking
