Digital Marketing Executive Salary £28,000 to £30,000 Full time Location Remote working within the United Kingdom with a requirement to travel to sites and attend monthly team meetings. About the role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in delivering engaging digital multi channel content with a high attention to detail. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, working closely with our Junior Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Engagement Manager. The role will focus on ensuring digital content across all channels are aligned and web content across the entire Parkwood's portfolio is up to date and optimised to maximise performance. What you'll do Website Keep our portfolio of websites up to date with scheduled content improvements Handle site requests for website support, updating content for the full portfolio of websites Create engaging content that is SEO optimised to achieve key marketing KPIs Audit and manage web pages to ensure best practice is being adhered to Support in using reporting tools to improve and maintain current search rankings for key terms Support in delivering a testing plan that continually improves website performance against key Marketing KPI's Digital Channels Work with stakeholders to ensure content is up to date and aligned across all digital channels including web, CRM and Google My Business Manage and keep up to date Google My Business pages for Leisure Centre sites Ensure reviews are being replied to on Google My Business pages via our central CRM system Support in the creation and delivery of CRM campaigns on email, push notifications, in app messaging and SMS Work with a 3rd party partner and Leisure Centre sites to ensure Life Fitness screens are up to date and promoting key messages Managing CRM and Google My Business local requests Manage AB testing plan to ensure continuous optimisation Experience You'll have 2 or more years experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on Working across multiple areas of digital marketing Updating website content within a CMS platform. Experience with Magnolia CMS is preferable Experience working with a CRM platform and sending email campaigns Creating engaging copy across multiple channels Managing a Google My Business account Working with key stakeholders You'll have Good attention to detail Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to keep multiple projects on time and deliverable to a high quality Excellent copywriting skills Understanding of best practices to improve digital user experience An ability to innovate and think laterally Creative mindset to continually create fresh eye catching content Growth mindset to continue to find ways to improve performance and ensure cohesion on multiple channels Able to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Works well in a team An open and friendly personality Experience in a similar role or a related qualification High energy levels, a natural motivator Clear and confident in communication Reasons to join us Free gym membership at any of our centres Employee health cash plan Employee discount portal get discounts on travel bookings, high street vouchers, gift cards, cinema tickets, days out, leisure activities and your day to day spending.
