Job Overview:
Sturdy Print is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, goods inwards unloading and inspection, and managing inventory.
This role will begin as 24 hours, 3 days a week. There is scope for this to increase in time as the need arises.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment.
* Manage goods inwards and inspect incoming deliveries.
* Handle shipping and receiving tasks.
* Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
* Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
* Organise and stock products in designated areas.
* Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
* FLT Licence is desirable.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
