An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join a leading Pharmaceutical organization within the life sciences sector based out of their corporate office. This role offers a unique chance to influence and shape people strategies, driving business performance and cultivating a positive colleague experience.
Our client is seeking a proactive HR professional to collaborate closely with senior managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with global policies while delivering comprehensive HR services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in talent attraction, leadership development, employee engagement, and effective change management across the site.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the HR Business Partner will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* Serve as a strategic advisor to senior managers and leaders, supporting the delivery of the site or hub workforce plan and people strategies.
* Partner with leaders to develop organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
* Lead and support talent attraction efforts, including managing internship programmes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
* Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability development across the site or hub.
* As the HR Business Partner, you will champion employee engagement initiatives and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HR Business Partner we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
* A Degree or higher level in HR, Business Management, or a related field (e.g., HR, Occupational Psychology, Business Management).
* Proven experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles supporting leadership and teams within a global or matrixed organization.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and data analytics tools such as SuccessFactors/HR Connect.
* Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage organizational change, and lead HR projects.
