Job Title Customer Service Agent (3-month FTC with potential to go permanent)| Location High Wycombe (HP12 3QS)
As our next Customer Service Agent, you will be instrumental in both inbound and outbound call experience. Your remit will be to support customers placing orders and consumers with complaints or queries.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong team player, able to work on your own initiative and under pressure. Working with a team of colleagues, you will be responsible for taking and making calls, dealing with complaints, handling social media complaints, and addressing delivery enquiries from customers.
This role isn't a data entry role.
