BAM Site Solutions is looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to ensure the company’s policies and rules align with regulatory and best practice standards, driving improvement initiatives across depot operations, supply chain, and clients.
Location: Hybrid (North of England & Scotland) – Based at Morley Depot, with flexibility for remote work and travel to other UK offices.

Your mission
* Review, monitor, and improve standards through Health & Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, and Quality systems.
* Conduct audits with the supply chain to ensure compliance with BAM standards.
* Identify process improvements and develop procedures.
* Review depot and project operations for improvement opportunities.
* Maintain records of audit actions and ensure timely resolution.
* Set objectives for depots and Product Managers; monitor performance.
* Align operational delivery with strategic business goals.
* Embed a culture of compliance regarding UK & Ireland policies, safety, health, and sustainability.
* Implement new opportunities and promote product innovation.
* Lead supply chain audits to improve business operations.
* Ensure timely closure of issues and alignment of improvement projects with compliance standards.
* Provide insights for business improvement.
Who are we looking for?
* A compliance specialist with knowledge of regulations in construction, plant hire, or civils.
* Proven experience in compliance systems and audits.
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Leadership skills to guide teams on compliance matters.
