Job Description:
We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Offshore firm in Bermuda, who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. Our client, a highly regarded outfit in the Caribbean, has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio. This role would suit someone looking to progress further in their career and involved in high-value, multi-jurisdictional corporate work spanning M&A, finance, funds, and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate:
* 3-5 PQE
* Experience in digital assets/fintech/crypto (preferred)
* Admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada
* Excellent academic record
* Experience from a leading law firm
* Strong desire to live in the Cayman Islands
