Working Pattern
- Up to 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Saturday)
Salary
- National Minimum Wage + commission, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Continue your education with TONI&GUY to conduct personalised client consultations and deliver a tailored experience
- Fill any skill gaps with our upskilling programs, preparing you for the TONI&GUY Level 4 vardering program
- Learn to expand your client base and achieve high retention rates
- Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales with your extensive product knowledge
- Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
- Actively promote and uphold the TONI&GUY Superbrand reputation
