We’re seeking a store supervisor to lead the shift, coach a team of baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high-quality service, beverages and products.
Responsibilities
* Take the lead of the shift, working with your team to provide a great customer experience.
* Coach and develop partners on shift; create a positive learning environment.
* Lead operational activities in a retail or hospitality context to achieve results and uphold operational excellence.
* Collaborate with store management to execute plans and create moments that reflect the Starbucks brand.
* Act as an ambassador for partner networks and ensure partners feel they belong.
Qualifications
* Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
* Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
