Express Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Conveyancing department based in Newark.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable Paralegal with experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing to support a Partner managing a mixed caseload. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and comfortable handling a high volume of files while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
Working within a supportive and friendly team, this role offers the chance to further develop your expertise within a respected firm operating to Lexcel and CQS quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage and progress a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
* Support a Partner with a mixed property caseload from instruction through to completion
* Ensure files are handled in line with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
* Maintain accurate file records and meet agreed fee-earning targets
Skills & Experience
* Experience within residential and commercial conveyancing
* Confident managing a busy and varied caseload
* Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, driven and able to work effectively under pressure
